Holiday Dinner Heating Instructions


We want you to spend as much time relaxing and spending it with those you love.

Below are the instructions for reheating your Holiday Dinner dishes/meals.

Beef Tenderloin:

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Please note that these times and temperatures are averages.

Rare: Check with a meat thermometer at 18-20 minutes. The internal temperature should read 120°F-125°F.

Medium Rare: 22-25 minutes (125°F-130°F).

Medium: 28-30 minutes (130°F-135°F).

Let the meat rest for at least 10-12 minutes after removing from the oven for best results.

Prime Rib:

Convection oven preheat to 300°F

Non-Convention oven preheat the oven to 325°F.

Please note that these times and temperatures are averages.

Rare: Cook for 1 hour 40 minutes 125°F.

Medium Rare: Cook for 1 hour 55 minutes 135°F.

Medium: Cook for 2 hours 10 minutes 145°F.

Tip Remove the prime rib from the oven when it is 5° below your desired temperature

Let the meat rest for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing

Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham:

For a 2-4 serving size, add ¼ cup of water or gravy to the top.

For a 6-8 serving size, add ½ cup of water or gravy.

- adding liquid will help keep the meat moist during reheating.

Heat at 325° until warm through, approximately 15-20 minutes.

All Side Dishes:

Heat at 350° for 15 minutes or until warmed through.

- Cavatelli:

Add 1/4 cup of water and stir to keep the pasta from drying out as it heats. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid burning

Soup:

We recommend heating in a small saucepan until warm through.

Focaccia:

Heat in the oven at 350° for approximately 8-10 minutes

*Warm all items until warm through, All items are already cooked and just need to be warmed*
